FormulaAI ("we", "our", or "the app") is operated by DJUMP, MB. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use FormulaAI.
1. Information We Collect

2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect payment or credit card information. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) through RevenueCat.
- We do not collect or store your spreadsheet data. FormulaAI only processes the text descriptions you enter.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core app functionality (converting natural language to spreadsheet formulas)
- To authenticate your account and sync data across devices
- To store your conversion history so you can revisit past formulas
- To send push notifications you have opted into
- To analyze app usage and improve the user experience
4. AI Processing
Your formula descriptions are sent to our AI service (via Supabase Edge Functions) solely to generate the requested formula. These descriptions are not used for AI model training. Generated formulas and explanations are stored in your personal conversion history.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security (RLS), meaning only you can access your own data. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
6. Third-Party Services
- Supabase — Authentication, database hosting, and Edge Functions
- OpenAI — AI formula generation (via server-side Edge Functions; your data is not shared directly)
- RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management
- Mixpanel — Anonymous usage analytics
- Apple / Google — OAuth sign-in providers
7. Your Rights
You may request to view, update, or delete your personal data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings, or contact us at support@formulaai.app.
8. Children's Privacy
FormulaAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the effective date above.
